New Homes in Historic Hampstead

A trio of developments will bring hundreds of new homes to Hampstead, ranging from the relatively affordable sum of £510 000 to £16 million.

The Hampstead Manor scheme will entail the redevelopment of a listed Victorian college yielding 156 homes in sixteen buildings, with prices ranging from £750 000, to £3 million, or up to £16 million for Kiddipore Hall – which will be sold as a shell for redevelopment into a single residence.

The Thirty2 development will bring 74 new flats to Lawn Road, the architecture of which will echo the famous minimalist Isokon building in the same street. Prices range from £510,000 to £999,000.

The third in the trio of redevelopments is Buxmead, a former care home on Bishops Avenue that will be transformed into 20 tastefully designed flats. The high quality bespoke interiors will typically have over 3000sq ft of space, and come with a minimum price tag of £6.9million.
