London’s ultimate fixer upper home in Hampstead: comes with £10m towards renovation
Kidderpore Hall, which housed students until 2014, has been bought by developer Mount Anvil - and is now on offer for a whopping £17 million. The buildings around the Hall have already been converted into 156 homes - now called Hampstead Manor.
The hall itself is in a state of disrepair and is ripe for renovation - but is subject to grade II regulations and cannot be converted into multiple homes. The developers are therefore looking for either a single buyer to lead the renovations at a pricetag of £17m, or two buyers for a maximum of 2 luxury duplex apartments at around £9m each. Whether Kidderpore is sold as a single or duplex home, the developers are offering a renovation budget of £10m, which is included in the price tag.
